The main body of the seat is made of HDPE hollow blow-molded material. It has been crafted through a high-pressure integral molding process, resulting in a thick and uniform texture. It possesses exceptional resistance to impact, aging, and wear, capable of withstanding frequent pressure from sitting and everyday bumps. It does not crack, deform, or fade easily. The surface of the material is smooth and fine, with no sharp edges. It is water- and dust-resistant and easy to clean; simply wiping it once a day is enough to keep it tidy. It is suitable for long-term use in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Equipped with a standard 180mm low-backrest structure that conforms to the curvature of the human back, it effectively alleviates the back and waist fatigue caused by prolonged sitting. The seating area features standardized step width and step height design, with reasonable seat spacing and unobstructed views, enhancing the overall experience of attending events or meetings. Additionally, the lightweight structure of the low-backrest allows for smoother and more effortless extension and retraction.

During the assembly and debugging phase, the workers meticulously performed modular assembly in accordance with the venue's compatibility standards. They precisely calibrated the levelness and verticality of each tier of seating, and repeatedly tested the smooth expansion and contraction, the sensitivity of locking mechanisms, and the stability of load-bearing capacity. This ensured that there were no delays or loosening of the mechanisms. After the final product was completed, the workers conducted multiple rounds of full-scenario simulation tests to identify minor flaws and performed thorough cleaning and anti-rust reinforcement treatments.
