The telescopic support frame of the telescoping bleachers remains silent during extension and retraction. The grandstand's motor system uses a small geared motor with a power of 0.4KW and a voltage of 380V. To ensure smooth and quiet operation, the motor is equipped with four friction wheels. The wheelbase between the front and rear wheels is customized according to the actual dimensions of the retractable grandstand, with the distance between the outer edges of the two wheels not less than 450mm.
The upholstered seats in the retractable grandstand are very novel, featuring a two-tone color scheme. The seats are equipped with wooden armrests. The wood has a natural, moist feel, is not hot in summer and not cold to the touch in winter, and its natural and beautiful grain can match various interior design styles.
The retractable support frame is made of Q235A steel and assembled entirely with bolts. Before production, it is ensured that the steel's yield strength and tensile strength meet national standards. The uprights use 100mm*50mm*2.5mm steel profiles, welded to the upper support arm to ensure the frame's load-bearing capacity.
The tiered grandstand structure ensures a vertical field of vision. The height of each row increases sequentially, allowing the viewer in the back row to see directly over the front row and onto the center of the field. The height difference of the tiers in the retractable grandstand remains constant, ensuring a stable field of vision during extension and retraction, and also preventing any obstruction of the view.
