The integrated seat and low backrest are injection molded with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) virgin particles. No recycled plastic or inferior materials are used.

 

The raw material is added with UV stabilizers and anti-aging agents, enabling excellent weather resistance. The seats can withstand temperatures from -55℃ to 100℃, avoiding cracking in winter and soft deformation in summer.

The ergonomic low-back design provides comfortable waist support without blocking sightlines, perfectly suitable for dense tiered grandstand arrangement. The hard plastic surface is compact, waterproof, dust-proof and easy to clean, requiring no complicated maintenance. With strong impact resistance, the seats resist cracking and damage from collision, ball impact and long-term crowd pressure, maintaining stable appearance and structure for more than 10 years.

The entire supporting frame, base, beams and columns adopt Q235 hot-dip galvanized steel pipes. The overall internal and external galvanizing process provides full anti-rust and anti-corrosion protection, suitable for humid environments and outdoor venues.

Thickened pipe walls ensure super load-bearing capacity, with a single seat load over 300KG. The whole structure is stable, firm and shake-proof during full-load seating and frequent retraction. Robot welding and precise calibration ensure long-term structural stability without deformation or loosening.
 

 

The walkway plates are made of high-density waterproof materials with physical anti-slip particle surface. The plates are compression-resistant, crack-proof and waterproof, preventing bulging and peeling in humid conditions. High wear resistance ensures safe walking for long-term frequent use in schools and public venues.

The pulleys are made of high-strength industrial nylon material with strong wear resistance and extrusion resistance. Built-in silent precision bearings ensure smooth, quiet and jamming-free retraction.
